Sheila's Day Spa and Laser Centre has been owned and operated by Sheila Grimmer since 1986. Sheila is a Practical Nurse with 25 years experience, a Licensed Esthetician, and a Certified Laser Technician.

Laser Hair Removal

In 2001, Sheila's introduced the first laser light permanent hair reduction system to the Saint John area. Our first system treats blonde, red, gray & white hair on the face & body (the most difficult hair colors to treat).

Laser Vein Removal

In 2002, Sheila's introduced the first laser with added ability to treat spider and varicose veins for the face & body, which are superficial in depth, without damage to the skin. We have had very successful results with both face & body veins.

Trained by medical Registered Nurses with 13 years of experience in laser treatment, our expertise in the field is well documented. Now, three years of performing daily laser treatments provides our staff with experience that is unparalleled in the Saint John area.

Medical Professionalism in a Private Setting

At Sheila's, we make it our responsibility to research and remain up-to-date in our professional field. Supported by a Medical Advisor and frequently referred by physicians, our staff takes our medical responsibility seriously. Our resource for up-to-date information on photosensitive medications, essential oils, and herbs is the Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Center located in Halifax, N.S.

Diabetic Foot Care

Sheila's also offers diabetic foot care and has incorporated a physiotherapeutic device or foot machine. This device was developed by a group of doctors & electronic engineers through vigorous research.

Consultations

In order to properly treat your advance esthetic needs, we require all of our clients book and attend a 45 minute to 1 hour consultation. During the consultation, we will review your medical history and the service you are researching prior to being treatment. It is our goal to provide you with safe and effective services and our consultations provide us with information we need to build a successful treatment partnership. Payment Methods

There are several methods of payment available. We offer Interac and accept Debit, Visa and MasterCard payments. Please allow 48 hours notice to avoid cancellation fee of $25.00 + HST.
